I attach revised notes for supplementaries, taking
into account the points which I understand were made at
this morning's meeting of Ministers. The supplementaries
have
been somewhat
somewhat abbreviated and a statistical sheet on
Vietnamese refugees has been added.

I understand that at this morning's meeting
references were made to recent unhelpful Chinese statements
about the 1987 review. The principal statements on these
lines were made by Lu Ping (Hong Kong Telno 510 refers).
