Attached is a list of the journalists we would like to invite to the proposed media lunch for Sir David on Friday, 3 April at this office.

We would hope to invite the first 10 journalists on the list, with our Commissioner, the Commissioner Designate and Paul Brown, acting as hosts. With Sir David, there will be a total of 14 at the lunch the maximum number we can sit.

Numbers 11 to 15 will be held in reserve.

Those on the list are all working journalists, normally associated with the "Hong Kong Beat". Nearly all of them have visited Hong Kong some as our guests.
