provide me with essential and detailed help which they did unstintingly

and constructively.

I wish there had been time to extend my talks with Mr. Greenfield and Mr. Lau of the Government Data Processing Agency.

Since this exercise is about the Judiciary the members of its staff will not, I am sure, expect individual tributes, outstanding and

numerous though their contributions have been. I do mention Mr. David

Hung, the Judiciary Statistics Officer, who managed to bring in, collate and analyse statistics which I requested and cheerfully accepted several changes in my requirements. In that connection I offer my thanks to the Judiciary staff who had to isolate and assemble the new data. Because he has taken so much trouble to support my Study I also single out the Judiciary Secretary, Mr. George Rahmin. In the production and distribution of the Report itself as in much else I am relying on him. I also pay my tribute to the Librerian, Miss Alima Tuet who has arranged for the binding and covering of a number of copies of the Report.
