If the foregoing proposals are acceptable to the Government

of the United States of America, the Secretary of State has the

honour to propose that this note and the Ambassador's reply shall

an agreement between the two Governments concerning

the Supplementary Extradition Treaty between the Government of the

United Kingdom and the Government of the United States of

America signed at Washington on 25 June 1985, as subsequently

amended.

The Secretary of State avails himself of this opportunity

to express to the Ambassador of the United States of America the

assurance of his highest consideration.
