Explanatory Memorandum
As a result of a recent decision of the High
Court, in A.G. v. T.M. Broad, Permanent Magistrate
(M.P. 1985 No. 676), it has become apparent that an
amendment that was made in 1936 to the preamble of the
Ordinance was inappropriate.
