The Secretary for Security, Hong Kong Government, will inform the Foreign and Commonwealth Office by telegram when the Notification of Concurrence and Removal Warrant have been signed.
The Foreign and Commonwealth Office will ensure that the Ministry of Defence is at all times kept informed of progress. The Secretary for Security, Hong Kong will likewise keep the Commander of British Forces, Hong Kong informed.
Any prisoner removed under the Act will be taken to the United Kingdom under military escort. Once the Removal Order has been signed the Foreign and Commonwealth Office will liaise with the Ministry of Defence and the Home Office to draw up details of the logistics of the prisoner's removal. The Secretary for Security, Hong Kong will liaise with the Commander of British Forces, Hong Kong with regard to the logistics of the removal of the prisoner from Hong Kong.
