REPATRIATION OF PRISONERS ACT 1984
1. Please refer to your letter (31) in SCR 11/2856/82 III dated 12 September, to Stephen Parris who has recently been posted to Reykjavik.
2. I should be grateful if you could let me know whether the agreement of the Executive Council has been obtained to enable Hong Kong to be included in the Order in
Council which will extend the provisions of this Act to Hong Kong.
