PRISON (AMENDMENT) RULES 1986

Made by the Governor in Council under section 25

These rules may be cited as the Prison

(Amendment) Rules 1986.

2. Rule 47(a)(i) of the principal rules is amended

by deleting "2 weeks" and substituting the following

"week".

3. Rule 77(1) of the principal rules is amended by

deleting "the Colony" and substituting the following

-

"Hong Kong”,

mendment of ule 188.

mendment of ule 256.

4. Rule 188(1)(i) of the principal rules is amended

by deleting "the Colony" and substituting the following

"Hong Kong"

5. Rule 256(1) of the principal rules is amended

by deleting "immediately".
