The fee charged under subsection (4)

shall not exceed 2.5 per cent of the income of the

fund for the period in respect of which the

fee is charged.

Amendment of section 22.

4.

Section 22 of the principal Ordinance is amended

(a) in subsection (2), by deleting paragraph (c) and

substituting the following

"(c) such donations and voluntary

contributions as may be made to

the fund;"; and

(b)

in subsection (3)(b), by deleting "public" and

substituting the following

"general".

Amendment of section 25.

5.

Section 25(1) of the principal Ordinance is

amended by adding after paragraph (de) the following

"(af) the control, administration and application

of the Prisoners' Welfare Fund;
