obviate any embarrassment if, after Exco had advised that such a proposal was acceptable, we could

not (for whatever reason) agree to the issue of a Removal Order.

I very much hope that the above provides a firm basis upon which we can conclude that we now have a jointly agreed procedure for handling any future cases that may arise.
