(b) such States as are for the time being specified by an

Order in Council under this section as it applies in

the United Kingdom.

(2) The Convention shall be treated as applying:-

(a) between the Territory and the United Kingdom, as well

as between the Territory and each of the other Territories, in relation to wrongful removals or retentions occurring on or after the date on which this section comes into force;

(b) between the Territory and any of the Channel Islands or the Isle of Man, in relation to wrongful removals or retentions occurring on or after the date on which the Convention is extended to that Channel Island or the Isle of Man, as the case may be;

(c) in any other case, in relation to wrongful removals or retentions occurring on or after the later of the

following dates:

(i) the date on which this section comes into force; (ii) the date of the coming into force of the

Convention as between the United Kingdom and the State concerned as specified in an Order in

Council under this section as it applies in the

United Kingdom.
