This Order may be cited as the Child Abduction and

Custod (Overseas Territories) Order 1986, and shall come

into operation on

1986.

The provisions of the Child Abduction and Custody Act 1985 (except Sections 26 and 28 thereof), as modified and set out in Schedule 2 to this order, shall extend to the territories (each of which is in this Order referred to as "the Territory") listed in column 1 of Schedule 1 to this

Order.
