The orders made by the High Court, as confirmed by the Court of Appeal were :-

Possession of the Tregunter flats

the Tregunter flats to be given by the Government to Hong Kong Land, subject to

Council.

Mesne Profits for occupation of the Tregunter flats to be paid by the Government to

to Hong Kong Land at the rate of $2,358,750 per month from 7 May 1984 until possession is delivered, with interest on the amount unpaid prior to the judgment ($53,508,842.49 was paid, inclusive of interest, on 14 February 1986, after the Court of Appeal hearing).

(i) The current rate of $2,358,750 per month for the 83 flats and penthouses will be increased with effect from 7 May 1986 to $2,775,000 per month.

(ii)

No order was made for payment of Mesne Profits for Government's occupation of Tregunter between August 1981 and 7 May 1984.
