We have consulted the Channel Isles and Isle of Man. They are happy to receive applications but would wish to refer these to UK Passport Offices because of our links with Hong Kong by diplomatic bag. Only Jersey has Chinese resident on the Island in any numbers and it is thought that 90 per cent of these are British Citizens.
