HONG KONG ETHNIC MINORITIES: CITIZENSHIP
Following Lord Glenarthur's assurance in the House of Lords on 16 May, the impression we have in London is that the strength of feeling of the ethnic minority BDTCs in Hong Kong in relation to citizenship has calmed down somewhat. Is this impression correct? I would be grateful for your views on the present mood of the ethnic minorities.
