REGULATIONS

I have only minor points to make, the first three in relation to the draft BN (HK) Regulations, the fourth to the Deprivation Rules. Otherwise I agree with Ms Veale's points.

(i)

Regulation 11.

Would it be helpful to insert "as appropriate" after "Governor" and before "in"?

(ii) Schedule 1, Part II, para 4 is somewhat clumsy and not entirely clear. I suggest
