Home Department, what estimate he has of the numbers of the inhabitants of Hong Kong who will have the right of entry into Great Britain.

It is estimated that there are some 15,000 people in Hong Kong who have the
right of abode in the United Kingdom and thereby have the right to enter this
country together with their dependants.
