10. Article 7(10) includes the order in section 12 of the 1981 Act,

which concerns renunciation of citizenship. It enables a BN(0) to renounce that status on the same terms and conditions as apply to renunciation of British citizenship.

Article 7(11) includes the order in section 40 of the 1981 Act, which is concerned with deprivation of citizenship. It enables a BN(0) to be deprived of his or her citizenship on the same terms and conditions as apply to the deprivation of British citizenship.

Article 7(12) includes the order in the registration provisions of section 2 of the British Nationality (Falkland Islands) Act 1983.
