1. It may be that MVD is not the correct récipient of this letter but you might be interested in the enclosed copy of part of a financial newsletter that was given to me this morning by an Iranian.
2. Apparently a large number of these unsolicited leaflets have arrived in Abu Dhabi and the Iranian said that some of his friends had considered purchasing the book "How to get a second passport" to find ways of getting round visa require- ments for the U.K. and other countries. He had been told that we could provide details of the amount of money required if an Arab wished to "buy" a British passport.
