Council are British Dependent Territories citizens and

comprise about 39% of the ethnic minority BDTCs in Hong

are making to prevent

statelessness apply only to those BDTCS in Hong Kong who

have no other nationality. They will therefore affect

only those of the ethnic Indian BDTCs who are not Indian

citizens and thus are not the official concern of the

Indian Government (although we recognise of course that

there may be emotional ties).
