Thank you for your helpful letter of 10-Márch agreeing to our proposals for the financial arrangements surrounding the issue of BN(0) passports in Hong Kong.

2. We shall now advise the Governor of Hong Kong that we agree that receipts from the issue of BN(O) passports can be handled in the same way as under existing passport issuing arrangements for British Dependent Territory Citizens in Hong Kong.
