The Humble Petition of the Council of Hong Kong Indian

Associations showeth that:

This Petition is submitted by the Council of Hong

Kong Indian Associations ("the Associations") on behalf of

the Hong Kong Indian ethnic community ("Hong Kong Indians")

and other members of the non-Chinese ethnic minority
