situation which i s developing around the Hong Kong

Nationality Order in Council. You are Ι think aware of

the general background.

A tremendous head of steam has now built up in Hong

Kong on this issue. The Hong Kong Legislative Council

have made the Hong Kong Government, "upported by

requests:
