You asked for a brief update on the difficulties with
Hong Kong over the nationality Order in Council, give the possibility that Hong Kong Unofficials might ask for a meeting with the Prime Minister at short notice. I think we face serious problems on this, and am enclosing

is being taken by Home Office Ministers. It will be debated "with green edges"
