a certificate of approval issued under section

20; or

a certificate of exemption again issued under

section 21.

(6)

Any person who knowingly contravenes subsection

(1), (2),

(2), (3), (4) or (5) commits an offence and is liable

on conviction to a fine of $10,000 and imprisonment for 6

months.

Inspection

and

enforcement.

32. (1) The Authority may authorize in writing any

public officer to be an inspector for the purposes of this

Ordinance.

(2)

An inspector authorized under this section may

(a)

at all reasonable times enter

(Cap. 172, sub. leg.)

(i) any premises designed as a theatre or

cinema in respect of which a licence has been

issued under regulation 3(2) of the Places of

Public Entertainment Regulations;
