(b) whether RTHK should continue to utilise airtime on the commercial services rather than be allocated a separate service (paragraph 11 above);

whether the Administration should negotiate with Hong Kong Telephone Company and any other interested companies no-commitment basis to conduct a cable TV pilot scheme (paragraph 24 above);

whether they should be renewed for a term of 15 years expiring in December 2003, but subject to review in 1994 (paragraph 60 above).
