display of certificate of approval.
23. (1) No exhibitor shall exhibit any film in
respect of which a certificate of approval is issued under
section 15 unless the certificate of approval is displayed
and kept displayed in a conspicuous position in or about
the entrance to the part of the place of exhibition
intended to be occupied by persons viewing the exhibition
of the film during the period of the exhibition of the
film.
(2)
For the purposes of subsection (1), references to
a film and a certificate of approval include respectively
references to a copy of such film and to a copy of such
certificate issued under section 15 in respect of the copy
of such film.
(3) An exhibitor who contravenes subsection (1)
commits an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine
of $10,000 and imprisonment for 6 months.

24. (1) No person shall in relation to the
