person who submitted such advertising material, a
certificate of approval in the prescribed form endorsed
with the official mark referred to in section 33.
(4) Where the Authority refuses his approval of
advertising material submitted under this section he shall
give to the person who submitted such advertising material
an adequate statement in writing of the reasons for his
decision.
(5) No fee shall be payable for the issue of a
certificate of approval under this section.
(6) The Authority may revoke a certificate of
approval is sued under this section in respect of any
advertising material by notice in writing served either
personally or by registered post on the person to whom the
certificate was issued, if -
(a) a condition imposed under this section is
contravened; or
(b)
in his opinion the public interest so requires.
