subject-matter, length and every other way to the film as
so approved for exhibition.
(2) Any person who submits a film under section 7 and
fails to comply with subsection (1) of this section commits
an offence and is liable on conviction to a fine of $10,000
and imprisonment for 6 months.
Declaration as to copies.

19. (1) The Authority may for the purposes of this
section take and receive a declaration in the manner and
form provided in Part III of the Oaths and Declarations
Ordinance.
(2) A declaration under this section shall be in
respect of such particulars as may be prescribed and to the
effect that a film identified in such declaration is a copy
of and similar in detail, subject-matter, length and every
other way -
(a)
to a film submitted or to be submitted under
section 7; or
