(The respondert was asked to see the following statement card "In Hong Kong, at present, witnesses do not have answer questions from the police. In the USA, special juries meet in secret to investigate organised crime.

Witnesses are required by law to answer the juries'

questions, unless the answers would incriminate them. If that happens, the Attorney General grants the witnesses immunity. They must then answers questions. The suspect, who knows nothing of the investigation, is then charged by the Authorities and tried in courts".)
