DB and DFCC members on what the Government should be doing in tackling the triad problem. They are listed in descending order of number of times mentioned.

heavier penalties should be imposed on triad offenders. The present sentences
are too lenient;
rehabilitation of triads is important and assistance should be given to them to help them quit triad societies and
start a new life;
