proceedings before the Tribunal or for any appeal;

the giving of notice;

the maintenance of a repository of articles that

have been classified;

the disposal of an article in the repository of

articles after the expiry of a period of 5 years

from the date it was classified; and

(1) the award, taxation and recovery of costs.

Powers of Registrar.

45. The Registrar may
