(3) Where an article has been classified as a Clas
III article following its submission to the Registrar under
section 13(1) nothing mentioned in paragraph (b) or (c) of
subsection (2) of this section shall be liable to
forfeiture if it was used
(a)
for the purpose of printing copies of; or
(b)
for the purpose of manufacturing or reproducing,
that article.
Order for forfeiture.
40. (1) Subject to subsection (2) and section 41, if
it appears to a magistrate that any article or thing before
him in respect of which an order for forfeiture is sought
