20. The Tribunal may refuse to classify any art le
to classify
if it considers that it cannot be adequately described for
certain
articles.

section 19.
Tribunal
may impose conditions.
21. The Tribunal may, in respect of any
classification that an article is a Class II article,
impose conditions relating to -
(a) the display of that article; or
(b)
the publication of that article.
Publisher etc. to give notice of
classification.
22. (1) The printer, manufacturer, publisher,
distributor and importer of any article which is
classified as a Class I or a Class II article shall give
notice of that classification and of any conditions imposed
under section 21 to any person to whom after that
classification he publishes more than 2 copies.
(2) Any person who contravenes subsection (1) commits
an offence and is liable to a fine of $200,000 and to
imprisonment for 12 months.
