17. Any party to any proceedings before the Trial

may appeal to the High Court against a decision of the

Tribunal on a point of law by giving notice to the

Registrar within 5 days of that decision.

18. (1)

Subject to subsection (2), the Tribunal may

of its own motion or at the request of any person mentioned

in section 13 reconsider any classification and may alter

or confirm that classification.

(2) The Tribunal may refuse to reconsider any article

submitted under section 13 if that article has been

classified within a period of 3 years prior to such

submission.

(3) This Part shall apply to any motion or request to

reconsider a classification as if such motion or request

were a requirement to review in respect of which

application had been made under section 15.

(1) The Registrar shall give notice

(a) of any interim classification;
