(i)

ceases to be ordinarily resident in

Kong;

(ii)

is convicted of any offence;

(iii)

is declared a bankrupt; or

(iv) in the opinion of the Chief Justice,

neglects or is unable to perform his duty.

8.

(1)

The jurisdiction of the Tribunal shall

be exercised by

(a)

a magistrate who shall preside; and

(b)

2 or more adjudicators appointed by the Registrar

from the panel of adjudicators.

(2) Subject to subsection (3), in the event of any

difference between the persons exercising the jurisdiction

of the Tribunal, the decision of the Tribunal shall be that

of the majority of them or, in the event that they are

equally divided, that of the presiding magistrate.
