As you will see from the copy of the attached telegram, Sir S K's wishes are that the interest from two Mids of the donation be used for funding scholarships for Hong Kong students to study in the UK and that, if possible, the British Council should administer the scheme. Sir S K wishes that the remaining one third interest should be donated to a medical trout, possibly cancer research.

I should be grateful for your advice on how this matter can be taken quickly forward.
