PHARMACY AND POISONS (AMENDMENT)
10. Section 30(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting para- graph (a) and substituting the following-
"(a) any appeal against a decision of the Board under section 13(3) or (7);
(aa) any appeal against a direction of the Board under section 25(3);".
11. Section 36(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after "forfeited" the following-
"any pharmaceutical product or medicine or".

An Ordinance to provide for the declaration of Shaw College as a constituent College of The Chinese University of Hong Kong and to make consequential amend- ments to The Chinese University of Hong Kong Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Chinese University of Hong Kong Short title. (Declaration of Shaw College) Ordinance 1986.

2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires-
Interpretation.
"constituent College", "Council" and "University” have the meanings respectively
assigned to them by the principal Ordinance;
"principal Ordinance" means The Chinese University of Hong Kong Ordinance.

Shaw College is, in accordance with a special resolution of the Council, Declaration of declared to be a constituent College of the University.
