1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Births and Deaths Registration Short title. (Amendment) Ordinance 1986.

Section 9 of the principal Ordinance is amended—

(a) in subsection (2) by deleting "$10" and substituting the following-

"$12"; and

(b) in subsection (3) by deleting "$60" and substituting the following-

"$70".

Section 13 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) in subsection (2) by deleting "$10" and substituting the following

"$12"; and

(b) in subsection (3) by deleting "$40" and substituting the following--

"$45".

Section 22 of the principal Ordinance is amended—

(a) in subsection (1) by deleting "$10" and substituting the following-

"$12";

(b) in the proviso to subsection (1) by deleting "$20" and substituting the

following-

"$25";

(c) in subsection (2) by deleting "$10" and substituting the following-

"$12"; and

(d) in subsection (3) by deleting "$60” and substituting the following—
