Amendment of

Fourteenth

Schedule.

31. The Fourteenth Schedule to the principal

Ordinance is amended

-

(a) by deleting "Urban areas" and substituting

the following

"Urban Council Area"; and

(b) by deleting "New Territories" and substituting

the following

"Regional Council Area".

Consequential

and other amendments.

First

Schedule..

32. (1) The enactments set out in the second column

of the First Schedule is amended by deleting "Public Health

and Urban Services Ordinance" wherever it occurs in the

provisions set out in the third column of the First Schedule

and substituting the following

"Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance".

Second Schedule.

(2) The enactments set out in the second column of

the Second Schedule are, in the provisions set out in

the third column thereof, amended in the manner and

to the extent set out in the fourth column thereof.
