Since admission, he has been assigned to work in rattan-ware work in the Occupational Therapy class. recently, he is assigned to carry out cleaning work and his performance is considered satisfactory.

ile receives visite from his father and brother on many occasions. He also corresponds with his mother in Canada frequently.

ile has not breached any prison discipline since his admission to diu Lam Psychiatric Centre. His institutional conduct is considered satisfactory.

His case has not been reviewed by the Long Term Board of Reviews as he is being detained under the Mental Health Crdinance Section 45, Cap. 136.

This is his third petition to H.E. the Governor. His last petition was considered by the Governor-in-Council on 24 January 1984 and was ordered that the appeal against the Continuance of a hospital Order detaining him in Siu Lan Psychiatric Centre should be rejected vide (22) in HW L/A 82/83 dated 27 January, 1984 from Secretary for Health & Welfare,

The Faychiatrist considers that he is still a mentally disordered person and is a potential danger to others. recommends that the existing order be continued.

The Commissioner of Police considers that it is a matter for the Directer of Medical and Health Department to decide and the Director of Social kelfare has declined to support the petition. The Commissioner of Correctional Services also sees no merit for a special consideration in this case.
