Facts
According to him he was born in Vietnam but came to Hong Keng in his childhood. After finishing scccndar câucation, le vorited as an office boy from 1953 to 1976. Then he emigrated to Canada where he studied for a while before bocmirg unoccupied.
1 Nonth after he returned to Hong Kong in 1979, le tes arrested for "Obtaining Decuniary Advantage b Deception". He served an Hospital Ozler Lere for 3 months upon the ovidences of 2 psychiatrists who concurred that he suffered from schizophrenia.
