trivial matters I have been sentenced to life

imprisonment.

The horrendous act 20 years ago

1) Same delusions as before are still subsisting.

No improvement in his mental condition.

3) Dangerous to others escalating.

Schizophrenia

5) Very much a loner poor relationship for

his parents although they are caring. Paranoid against them dangerous to them and this

worries me.

6) Once he goes without treatment condition

would deteriorate.

A case with very poor prognosis.

Chances

of an early recovery are extremely doubtful.
