Explanatory Note

This order amends the Third Schedule to the

>

Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance to

provide that with effect from 1 April 1986, in

place of the Urban Council, the Governor in Council

will be responsible for making regulations to control

advertisements under section 104(1) and the Director

of Buildings and Lands will be responsible for the

preparation of plans under section 104 (3) and for

the removal of dangerous signs under section 105.
