(b) may, without prejudice to the generality of paragraph (a), be fixed at different amounts in relation to different sizes of vessel. whether measured by tonnage, length or otherwise, or in relation to different classes, types or descriptions of service, facility, licence or vessel.".
4. For the avoidance of doubt, it is declared that this Ordinance shall apply in relation to any port dues or other fees or charges specified in regulations made before its commencement, and not revoked prior thereto, as it applies in relation to port dues and other fees and charges prescribed thereafter.

An Ordinance to amend the Public Health and Municipal Services Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Health and Municipal Services Short title and (Amendment) Ordinance 1986 and shall come into operation on 1 January 1987.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended—
commencement.

(a) by deleting the definition of "drink" and substituting the following-
Amendmem of section 2.
(Cap. 132.)
· "drink” does not include water other than-
(a) aerated water:
(b) distilled water;
(c) water from natural springs, either in its natural state or with
added mineral substances; and
(d) water placed in a sealed container for sale for human
consumption:";
(b) in the definition of "food", by deleting paragraph (aa) and substituting the
following-
"(aa) water, other than-
(i) aerated water;
(ii) distilled water;
(iii) water from natural springs, either in its natural state or with added mineral substances; and
(iv) water placed in a sealed container for sale for human consumption;"; and
(c) by inserting before the definition of "sewer" the following-

"sealed" includes closed by means of a stopper or screw top:“.
