Deletion and replacement of Sixth Schedule.
(ii) by deleting the sub-sub-heading “New Territories” and substituting the following
"Regional Council Area"; and
(b) under the sub-heading "Bathing beaches”—
(i) by deleting the sub-sub-heading “Urban areas" and substituting the following-
“Urban Council Area"; and
(ii) by deleting the sub-sub-heading "New Territories” and substituting the following-
"Regional Council Area”.
27. The Fifth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended in Parts V, VI and VII-
(a) by deleting "Urban Areas" wherever it occurs and substituting the
following-
"Urban Council Area"; and
(b) by deleting "New Territories (excluding New Kowloon)” wherever it occurs
and substituting the following-
"Regional Council Area”.
28. The Sixth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is deleted and replaced by the following
