(b) in paragraph (b) by deleting "New Territories" and substituting the

20. Section 135(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) by deleting the colon after "body" and substituting a full stop; and (b) by deleting the proviso.
21. Section 142 of the principal Ordinance is amended in the proviso by inserting after "Ordinance” the following-
(39 of 1985.)
"and, where the public body is the Regional Council, such delegation shall be subject to and in accordance with the provisions of the Regional Council Ordinance 1985".
22. Section 144 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after "Urban Council" the following--
"or the Regional Council".
