Amendment of Fourth Schedule.
PUBLIC HEALTH AND URBAN SERVICES (AMENDMENT)
26. The Fourth Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended-
(a) under the sub-heading "Public pleasure grounds (other than bathing
beaches)
(i) above the sub-sub-heading "The Island of Hong Kong” by inserting the sub-sub-heading "Urban Council Area"; and
(ii) by deleting the sub-sub-heading "New Territories" and substituting the following-
"Regional Council Area"; and
(b) under the sub-heading "Bathing beaches"-
(i) by deleting the sub-sub-heading “Urban areas" and substituting the following-
"Urban Council Area"; and
(ii) by deleting the sub-sub-heading "New Territories" and substituting the following-
Amendment of Fifth Schedule.
Deletion and replacement of Sixth Schedule.

and VII-
(a) by deleting "Urban Areas" wherever it occurs and substituting the

and substituting the following-
