Amendment of section 125.

17. Section 125(1A) of the principal Ordinance

is amended by inserting after "Urban Council" the

following

"or the Regional Council".

Amendment of section 130.

18.

Section 130 of the principal Ordinance is

amended

(a)

in the proviso to subsection (1) by

inserting after "behalf" the following

"and, where the public body is the Regional

Council, such certificate shall be signed

by the Director of Regional Services or a

public officer duly authorized by him in

that behalf";

(b) in subsection (4) by inserting after "Services"

the following -
