Amend the Public Health and Urban Services Ordinance

and to provide for matters incidental thereto.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the

advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

Short title and

commencement.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Public

Health and Urban Services (Amendment) Ordinance 1986

and shall come into operation on 1 April 1986.

Amendment of long title. (Cap. 132.)

2. The long title to the principal Ordinance is

amended by deleting "urban" and substituting the

following

-

"municipal".

Amendment of section 1.

3. Section 1 of the principal Ordinance is amended

by deleting "Urban" and substituting the following
